Exceptional

Liked: Great hostel/hotel, really nice staff, atmosphere, lobby and all the facilities were fine and clean. We did not have breakfast though. Nice big cozy rooms. A bit of mess on the floor but it was fine, we will be back.

Happy vibes in a happy...

Liked: We really enjoyed the location of the hotel, very convenient. The view was really beautiful as well. The room was clean and the vibes happy. :)
Disliked: Nothing to note here.

Good

Liked: It was very clean, they change sheets and towels every day. The common areas are very nice both kitchen, bar and dining room.
Disliked: The room facilities are ok but not planned to be a hostel so it’s a little weird. Keep in mind the location is far from the center but you have the train station aside and you can get to the Amsterdam Centraal in 5 minutes. The luggage room is not free.

Comfortable and Convenient

Liked: Convenient as it is next to the transport station and 1 station away from Amsterdam Central station. Direct train to/from airport about 15 mins ride. Room though not big but it is clean and the bathroom is big n comfortable. Water flow is also good. The common kitchen is well equipped and they provide water dispenser in the lobby
Disliked: Some staff ate helpful but some are not. Luggage storage is expensive

Décent stay

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel and how modern the layout was.
Disliked: I didn’t not approve site the size of the room for the value, nor this the water in the shower failed to stay consistently at a warm/hot temperature.

Great location for Amsterdam city...

Liked: Location was excellent - right next door to a main station which was one stop away from Amsterdam Central and on same line as airport. Was also on the same train line as Zaandam and Zaanse Schans.
Disliked: Had to pay for luggage storage lockers but I had read that before I arrived, so it wasn't a shock.

Hotel has very nice vibes...

Liked: Breakfast was very healthy and a lot of variety, good value for money. Location is good for the proximity to the metro/train station. Room size is good, but bulb in the ceiling was too dim. Great vibes with all the games (pool, air hockey, foosball, etc.). Safety within the hotel as guests were mainly families and students.
Disliked: Some of the staff are very new and they need more training to attend to guests needs and be knowledgable of the common questions by guests. Elevator to the parking was not working and we had to carry our luggage down the swirly stairs, no staff offered to help us. Room TV is too small.
