Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast was great. Very quiet and relaxing stay

Brilliant place to stay short term, very convenient and very quiet. Worth every penny

Liked: Its in a convenient location, and its a very comfortable and cosy place to stay very quiet.
Disliked: Cleanliness was a very minor issue, thick cobwebs around the lights in the room and in the bedroom unfortunately

Clean, updated and comfy night sleep

Liked: When we arrived our booked rooms were on 2nd floor and there was no elevator. My father with failing health would not have done well with stairs. So hotel rebooked us into their sister hotel, Clarion on main level so my father could get around with his walker. Price was $15 more but very reasonable so we stayed at the Clarion instead. This review is of the Clarion. Newly renovated suites, very comfortable beds, quiet, a/c, very clean. We were extremely pleased and staff was wonderful to make last minute changes to accommodate us. I would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: Nothing. Its a great place to stay in Medicine Hat.

Second stay good as first

Liked: Very nice place to stay very affordable and staff is great. The breakfast is great. Except dogs no problem

Liked: Nice place easy get to comfortable.

Cost performance is good.

Liked: Suite is more comfortable than usual 2 bed rooms because the bedroom is a seperate space with more quietness. There is also a swimming pool with hot water.
Disliked: The bathtub/shower diverter is very covert. Without instruction I find it hard to believe that someone can figure it out on their own. Also, the front desk is at another hotel which again was not notified beforehand.
