We really had a good time there. Even the beds, due to the small size, help my husband and I have more intimate nights.

Liked: Very nice and cozy atmosphere.
Disliked: Rooms too small but comfortable.

Liked: It's close to Times Square and the employees are friendly.
Disliked: The carpet and hallways are very old and dirty. The hotel needs some updates.

Liked: Proximity to Eugene O'Neill Theater. Was able to return to the hotel at show intermission to use the restroom rather than standing in line!
Disliked: Incredibly tiny old rooms.

Perfect place to stay.

Liked: Surprisingly pleasant. Room was clean, great city view, and close to the elevator. Welcoming staff with offerings of coffee and tea. Bags can be checked if you're a little early for check in and there is a bathroom available in the lobby. Location is close to Times Square. A few blocks to the Yellow train lines, so you can really get anywhere in the city. Many places to eat and shop nearby.

Liked: I had a great stay. It was such good location in the theater district. So close to the C, E trains, and the NQW Trains. The room and bathroom were very clean! The staff were very kind and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom was small. However it’s NYC and for the price , it wasn’t too bad.

Liked: Great front of house staff, very friendly. Hotel is freshly renovated which is what brought us here (skip all the old reviews). The aircon works, the elevator works, the bathrooms are large enough for everyday use (not mini like some others). The location is hard to beat - it's smack down in the center of the city which allows you to return to the hotel for a nap before heading out again in the evening. Lots of theaters nearby. Nice lobby area to wait for your taxi when checking out. Baggage hold is private and out of sight of would be thieves.

Better than I expected

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay and for my next visit to New York will definately stay there again! The price is great, excellent location and supper comfortable and cozy.
Disliked: I liked everything, I don't have any complains, everything was great, I was very comfortable, the location is perfect, the staff super friendly and polite.
