Liked: hotel welcome staff called "Tupac" was absolutely friendly. Omar too. The say goodbye staff didnt asked anything. Example how was the stay,etc. That`s a bit rude. Restaurant staff friendly too. The whole building nice and clear with lots of mirror. Interesting decoration. Only point is the window, we couldn`t open it. Its part of the hotel policy so no complaint about this one.
Disliked: all good, nothing to add.

Disliked: My favorite hotel, this time a total failure, terrible cleaning, room and bed linens were not even touched, nor replaced, no air-conditioning- impossible to stay in the room

Disliked: Terrible cleaning service, room was not properly arranged, no air conditioning!!!!!! The room is over heat and impossible to stay

Not worth the money

Liked: Size of the room was very nice, especially the bathroom area with open dressing.Food at the restaurant was good and cocktails very good (served by the bartender who speaks spanish).
Disliked: There were problems with the ventilation, very cold during night and the ventilation could not be turned off. Heating was not working. I signaled the issue 3 times, the personel didn’t seem to care.Cleaning should be improved, we asked to empty a diaper bucket at the reception as it was full for almost 2 days,instead of empting it they took it away from the room.We asked for a quite room as we have a baby, we’ve got one facing the boulevard where you can hear all the traffic noise, there’s no good window isolation.
