poor cleanliness and lack of...

Liked: The location was decent
Disliked: Room was hot, no soap to wash our hands, the iron is shared and you need to keep it in the corridor, o elevator, the reception is not available at all time, the towels weren’t clean you can see stains on each one of them so as the beds.

Liked: Absolutely clean! Great location for where I needed to be in the morning. Staff was great and wonderfully friendly and helpful.

Basic and clean

Liked: The location was great. It's right near the train and just a few blocks from the heart of Marylebone. The room was clean.
Disliked: The room was very basic, and very hot (just a small fan)
