Comfortable stay for goodnight sleep

Liked: It was okay for what it is. The bed was comfy, room was clean, amenities were all there including complimentary coffee. For one night stay, no complaints. We slept good. There was no noise, no disturbance even being in the center of London.
Disliked: For me, we couldn’t really spend time in the room. Like it was good just for the night sleep. Felt slightly overpriced for that.

Friendly staff and nice view,...

Liked: The location was good and the lady who checked us in was welcoming and friendly
Disliked: The size of the room, the light was broken, and the room needs renovation, even though it was cleaned the room looked dirty because of a few cracks and stains on the walls and ceiling.
