Very good

Liked: Location is great! Near baker street and marylebone. Very convenient if you in London for some events in Wembley. Room is pretty tiny but the price is unbeatable for this location at least at the point of my booking. Cleanliness and comfort are good. Check in and out are also no faffs.
Disliked: Room has no chair even though there's a tiny kitchen setup, but i have no place to sit for my fish n chip...

An easy location, comfortable stay...

Liked: A fantastic location, just a short walk from a main Tube/ train station, and one that's just a couple of stops from Paddington - just cut my journey short; very unstressful.Such helpful staff. I had a couple of queries (wanted to stay another night, leave luggage etc) and my emails were answered super quickly and efficiently. The person doing so was so kind and helpful.

my well enjoyed Marylebone address,...

Liked: excellent location, at walking distance from Paddington and few steps to Regent 's Park and elegant walking path to Mayfair, as well as Soho and Covent Garden. Room 412 had a beautiful city view.
Disliked: missed drinking water bottles. might suggest to include into the price

Great location, no AC.

Liked: Location was great, near shops and restaurants. Clean and basic.
Disliked: No air conditioning and it was very very hot on the days we were there. While they provided fans, it was not sufficient to be able to sleep (Just be aware for the season you are staying there) Also, it is not a hotel, I think people might live there, take that for what it is when you see someone in their PJs watering the plants.
