Disappointing

Liked: The light switch were not near the main bed It was only one switch near the main entrancSo you had to get down on stairs so you can switch the lights off and the bed was upstairs which was not obvious in pictures and limited space for an adult ( roff wise )

Super happy

Liked: Manager was really nice and supportive. We had to book ad hoc and could move in within an hour from booking. Super easy to reach many spots in London by public transport or even Walking. Room was great for a family of four.

Horrible, worst experience ever.

Disliked: I was there with my mother and daughter. One staff member was extremely rude, throwing our stroller to the room to the extent that it hit the wall because he was annoyed that we wanted to leave it outside the room for hygienic purposes. On top of that, they cut the water while I was in the shower without prior notice and I remained in the cold room for half an hour (not a few minutes like they say in the answer). When I expressed my concerns, the staff member said “I will refund your money, just go and stay somewhere else!” We have had issues with hot water all our stay, which shouldn’t be a problem in a hotel in year 2025. After returning back home, I noticed that they "cancelled" my reservation so that I don't look like having been there for the entire stay. I hereby confirm that we were there for our entire stay and never got any refund of money like they say in their answer).
