Liked: It was clean and conveniently located
Disliked: The restaurant was not good. The staff were not very helpful.

Disliked: room cleanness and lights. it was dirty and also with a broken window glass they put a plastic to cover the window. smelly, it was not confortable.

Liked: only the location
Disliked: Staff's ethics and service were not so polite and professional, not reliable, and not convenient. It took nearly one hour to complete the checkout. The hotel charged me several hundred dollars over what I initially paid during the check-in and withdrew another several hundred dollars after I checked out without my consent, and without notifying me, though I paid everything. When I finished checking out, they refused to provide me with payment receipts a reason of which was that I checked out the night before the final day of the booking. I booked one night extra since I needed to check out in the evening to meet the flight schedule, and late check-out was not recommended. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. So disappointed.

Disliked: Bath was small, and not a fridge for the price it should come standard on all rooms. I asked for extra towels but never got them, I didn't get my $15 dollar credit as well.

Liked: Beautiful architecture and great location!
Disliked: Scaffolding blocking window view during our stay. But that might be why we got such a good deal on the price. So I would accept and book again if it was the same, because the location was very ideal for whatever which way we happened to go.

Liked: Staff was excellent. Room was nice. It was a an accessible room, not too bad. I do not need the accessibility, but I did require two full beds. I don't think the hotel has any rooms with two full beds that aren't accessible. At any rate, the BLT diner was great too for breakfast. All in sll tge stay was a great one.
Disliked: Water pressure was pathetic.
