Liked: the pool was amazing!
Disliked: bar opens until 10 and pools opens at 7 am

Disliked: Mattress was hard, AC didn’t keep up, pool was noisy

Decent but way overpriced

Liked: The valet parking was nice, and the valets were kind. The floating pool and infinity pool were comfortable and fun. The view from the room was pleasant, overlooking the pool area.
Disliked: Valet costs $70, not including a tip. The floating pool was crowded. The hot tub was overcrowded, and the people who use it stay plopped there as long as they want. The room was comfortable, but the AC temp did not feel as cool as the number on the thermostat indicated. The only items available for room service were overpriced and of low to average quality. My husband got a chicken and a pasta bowl that was $32. There was only a small portion of chicken, and the pasta was bland and overcooked—tasted like there was no seasoning on it at all. It was a decent one-time experience, but we won't be going back.

It was ok

Liked: The food was good. Given the amount of people the wait wasn’t too long.we order the smash burger and chicken wings. Well seasoned and food came out hot, so that was a plus.
Disliked: The staff was rude. Starting with check in to the wait staff at the pool just horrible. I was double charged and was told to wait until Monday thankfully I was persistent and was able to get it taking care of. Valet was horrible 45 min wait for my car was insane..

Excellent will stay again

Liked: Very close to attractions downtown, employees go overboard to help with any questions
Disliked: No a variety of food on room service menu

Great place to stay

Liked: It was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: My reservation was messed up and some of the staff wasn’t very accommodating. The manager had to get involved.
