A wonderful staycation

Liked: The pool was awesome!

Liked: The lazy river and pool as well as its proximity to Discovery Green
Disliked: They have a scam in which they tell you that you have $--in credits to spend in the hotel for each room, but in reality it comes out of the $-- hold that they say will be refunded to you upon checkout. Very misleading and dishonest.

Liked: The location was very nice and loved my room! Everyone was nice and very friendly.
Disliked: Water pressure was very low for the shower. The air condition didn’t seem to work at night so it was cold in the morning but very hot at night.

Although the staff was helpful...

Liked: Location and amenities are by far the strongest aspects of this property. Great venues surrounding the area and nice restaurants and pool area on site.
Disliked: There were several details that were overlooked during my stay. A few things; my room service was delayed for nearly an hour and a half, my parking card was deactivated prior to my departure and I was stuck in the parking garage close to 10 minutes waiting for a resolution.
