Disliked: Overpriced parking at $22.00 a day. More expensive for weekdays than weekend.

Great location, went to Yum Center to see Katt Williams. Great staff, room service, etc. well worth the price. Love the proximity to all the downtown nite life. Great place.

Liked: I liked most of the staff there, the housekeeping and security were amazing!
Disliked: One of the desk clerks was really rude to me, I reserved a room with 2 beds and a walk in shower, however when I got there I was told that there were no such rooms and then one of the clerks said which is more important the 2 beds or a walk in shower. Since I am disabled I really needed both and was not able to take a shower during my stay at your hotel. I was extremely disappointed in the room situation. The meals were more pricey than I really liked or could afford.

Liked: Was breakfast included? I was not told that by the staff.
Disliked: I booked a King room and ended up with 2 queens. I went down to explain the situation, and the staff told me there were no King rooms available. I made my reservation over a month in advance. They pretty much told me I was out of luck and that was all.

Liked: Room was beautiful and comfy, although the temperature didn't seem to change no matter what we set the thermostat to! Second floor was very comfortable. Location was excellent for the convention center and nearby restaurants.
Disliked: Youth group that came in our last day literally took over the entire second floor and piled food and drinks on all the tables. That eliminated space for work or meetings. That should not happen at a business hotel.
