Liked: Location is fantastic, right out of the train station and into the hotel. Very clean. Lovely room. Bed very comfortable. The bar had an amazing view over the city. Staff are very hard working and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. Faultless

Liked: We loved this hotel!! Incredible location in Old Town with a quick walk to the Royal Mile. This hotel felt luxurious while being reasonably priced. We got a surprise upgrade at check in and had a lovely view. There were some drinks and snacks in the room which were included and a nice bonus. They were happy to hold luggage before and after check out.
Disliked: Room was definitely on the smaller side which we didn’t mind

Great base for your trip.

Liked: Location, shower, cleanliness, free mini bar,, birthday card / glass of Champagne for wife, TV and radio were all spot on.
Disliked: Air Conditioning Could be better (colder) & clear operating instructions would help.Small thing but if the TV was raised and a vanity mirror put under it then it would be perfect for my wife to do make up instead of having to stand.

Liked: Great location, clean modern facilities. Staff really friendly. Fabulous champagne breakfast!
Disliked: Hotel does not have a regular reception area on the ground floor (it’s on 7). When entering the property at 10:30pm we were tailgated by someone who was trying to get in to the hotel. He did get in but thankfully stayed out of the lift when we told him to. However with no security on the ground floor if he’d argued things could have been very different.
