Great value for money, the...
Liked: It is a very big, and luxurious old-fashioned hotel. We had a family room which was quite big for our family of 4. The breakfast was simply spectacular. It has a swimming pool and a gym. It is very close to the city center. All and all great value for money.
Disliked: The swimming pool was very cold and there was no place to change clothes.

Decent hotel in Stuttgart
Liked: Bar was lively with live music. Room was good, if not a little dated. Bathroom and shower were good. Staff in the restaurant were very good.. We paid extra for the breakfast and it had a good selection and was quite busy. Food in the restaurant for evening meal was nice.
Disliked: Food for evening meal was pricey for what we got. I ordered steak and it was about 50 euro including a sauce. Long walk to the elevator at the far end of the building. The swimming pool was very small. The hotel car parking is double the price of the car parks across the road.

Disappointing according to the German...
Liked: The hotel is very well located, close to the city center, which made it convenient for exploring the area. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Just one of the receptionists, Ms. Anna, was kind and helpful.
Disliked: When we arrived slightly before check-in time, I asked to leave our luggage, but the receptionist responded coldly and unprofessionally, simply stating the check-in time without any greeting or courtesy. Once check-in officially started, the reception area was chaotic, with a long queue and no clear organization. A different receptionist handled our check-in but was equally unwelcoming—he didn’t offer us water bottles, which we saw being given to other guests, and provided no information about the hotel or its services.The TV in our room was broken and poorly positioned. Although the staff offered us another room, we chose to stay in the original one and were told a technician would fix the issue. Unfortunately, no one ever came during our entire 5-night stay.The pool is very small, fitting only a few people at a time, and robes and slippers are not provided unless purchased—unexpected for a hotel of this rating. The back door was also not working, which was inconvenient.Overall, the lack of professionalism and warm hospitality left us disappointed.

Disliked: I received a wake up call at 5:30am, which I did not request. It turned out that the previous guest had requested a room change and the staff had forgotten to cancel his request for a WAKE UP CALL.Without any update I was put on a floor under renovation, the entire hallway was dismantled with wires coming down from the ceiling - unpleasant and not a hotel feel.Long walk from the lobby/dining room to your room. You have to walk through a long tunnel to get to your room
