Liked: From the moment I arrived, the staff's customer service was excellent, not just at the beginning but throughout my entire stay. If I find another good deal, I will definitely return. I only wish my stay could have been longer; perhaps next time!

Perfect for a short stay!

Liked: It was my first time in NY and we stayed for less than a week. The hotel is located in Times Square and was close to public transportation which was perfect to visit the main spots in Manhattan. We walked from there to: Central park, the 5th Avenue, a show we booked in Broadway, the MSGIt had great facilities (including an amazing pool!) and
Disliked: I guess I should have expected it considering the location but it was quite noisy even at night. (And our room was on the 19th floor).If you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend the location.
