Very good

Disliked: The room needed more towels. I had a bath Matt, a face cloth and one bath towel. Nothing worse than getting out of the shower and drying on an already wet towel.

Liked: Everything, the atmosphere, the music, the decor. The bars and restaurants had delicious amazing food and drinks.
Disliked: Pool area was a little too small and felt exposed with landshark bar restaurant being right there with patrons looking out.

Liked: Helpful porter when checking out.Swimming pool on roof was welcome at the end of the dayRooms nicely decorated (as per photos)
Disliked: breakfast was not included as stated, but capped to a certain small value which was not enough to cover a meal and drink each day. Lifts were out of order and we had to use the stairs with luggage up to 8 floors! No apologies and rude reception staff upon arrivalRequirement to visit reception each morning to pick up food voucher before going to different floor for breakfast (even when lifts out)Deposit held on check in and not returned one week later despite processing on check out.
