Liked: Everything was excellent: the room was very clean and comfortable, the location was great, the stuff was friendly.We loved the amazing city view from the window. The room was very quite, even though it's in a very noisy location.
Disliked: If you book with a breakfast included, take into account that you're going to pay additional bill every morning. The hotel restaurant is a different business, they have breakfast menu where every meal costs more that the voucher you'll get from the hotel lobby. It was really annoying.

Liked: Room was neat and clean. I liked that they had e coffee maker in the room. I also liked that the water bottles were complimentary. The staff was very polite and cooperative.
Disliked: Nothing in particular. I would have liked to get an early check-in, but thats okay.

Liked: Great location near Times Square and the Port Authority transport hub. The aquatic theme of the hotel decor was fabulous. The restaurant meal was very good too.
Disliked: It was very expensive, but typical of New York accommodation prices. The lift system was a bit confusing.
