Definitely when we come back...

Liked: Location is GREAT! Walking distance to everything.STAFF are all wonderful especially FRONT DESK they are exceptional and very friendly.Endless free water bottle.Hotel is NICE and rooms are comfortable.
Disliked: No one clean our room, but when we ask for fresh towel, we got it right away.

Frosty and unhelpful reception staff...

Liked: Location is ideal. Pool is lovely but no pool beds available during stay so we didn’t get to use pool.
Disliked: Reception staff were very unhelpful and not welcoming. Spent most of time waiting for lift and most of the time two were unavailable. We gave up serval times and returned to our room. Rooftop bar had great view but no one cleaned or cleared table that we sat at for 3 hours.Our room shower was horrendous and we had a private swimming pool when we used it. We had to use towels to stop water running into bedroom. Reception staff not interested.No host at breakfast and we stood for 15 mins before approaching waiter who asked us where host was.

Liked: It's right in the middle of everything. And the pool deck is an oasis from the NYC streets. Was great to come back and take a break there. Also. They were playing Jimmy Buffett -- the music of my childhood -- non-stop.

My new favorite place to...

Liked: Great location! Fantastic pool! Very clean room and public spaces. Beautiful decor!
Disliked: Some street noise, but not too bad (I was on the 8th floor). Hot water in bathroom sick only a small trickle, but good pressure from cold faucet. I found the shower hard to adjust the temperature.

Great spot for shows!

Liked: Location was perfect! Room was comfortable and the roof top pool and bars were wonderful.
Disliked: Restaurants not great, but plenty of others in the area to choose from.

Amazing fun stay!!!

Liked: Place was great, clean, staff friendly. Exceptional location, everything you need is walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast included was a great deal. My daughter and I sat at the same table every morning and the view was awesome as well as the food. Pool was such a vibe, drinks on point with fun and friendly atmosphere.. Lastly, room was perfect size, bed so clean and comfortable, definitely 10/10. Highly recommend it.
