Liked: Perfect location. We had an ocean view king balcony. worth the splurge
Disliked: I had to call 3 times to get a hairdryer

Nice but busy location.

Liked: Location was excellent, near all the tourist attractions. View from our window and small balcony was nice. Sunsets were awesome.
Disliked: Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Situated next to the cruise terminal, we had 3 different giant cruise ships unload all their passengers on our 2 night stay. Very crowded. Parking a car was expensive.

Liked: Most of the staff were very friendly. The cleaning staff did a good job of cleaning the room. The location is great.
Disliked: The lower scores are due to having sugar ants in our room (which was disgusting and inconvenient as we couldn’t put our bags on surfaces or the floor) and not receiving any kind of a credit for this problem. Also, the pool area looks worn, and the female bathroom was dirty. The staff at the restaurant were mostly unhelpful and unaccommodating and the menu is limited for vegetarians.
