Liked: Excellent location and very helpful staff at reception

Liked: The location was the redeeming part of the property depending on the time of day (everything nearby closes at 10p). Easy check in and check out process.
Disliked: From the minute we walked in, we knew this was going to troublesome stay. We were told that we booked a twin room (our confirmation shows a double room booking), but we were “upgraded” to a room with a twin and double bed. We were also told that we must return our key to reception every time we left the building. The room itself retained so much heat, even when leaving the windows open and fan on the entire day. It was like sleeping in a sauna. After reading some reviews online about staff theft, I hid my laptop in a pocket in my suitcase. When I returned to the room after our first day, the pocket was unzipped and my laptop was flipped around. Nothing was stolen, but I spent the rest of the trip concerned for our belongings. There are multiple signs saying “we are not responsible for valuables you do not lock in the lockers in reception” which only added to the concern.

Liked: The roon is very little, no lift in the hotel, but we knew about it.The location is great - very close to the Hyde park.
Disliked: Romm wan not very clean. Administratior on receoprion was polite, but could not tell us where was the shop to by water (in was on opposite side of the road.

Luckly outside all the day.

Liked: La struttura ha una posizione invidiabile. Close to the center, good position.
Disliked: No Air Con, super small bedroom, super narrow staircase. Dirty wall and no hairchair.
