Liked: It was very clean and had everything necessary
Disliked: Worn shabby carpet. Quite warm - there was a fan which helped but I wouldn’t want to stay here if the weather was hotter.

Liked: Great location for exploring London and very close to underground station and bus stops. Friendly and helpful reception desk staff who kindly upgraded my room on arrival. Clean and comfortable split level room with two beds. Small but good bathroom. Two fans available in the room (one near to the double bed and one near to the single bed). I only stayed 1 night and used the single bed, as I didn't need to use the double. I can't really say anything else as I only stayed one night.
Disliked: The main method of ventilation was a sliding patio-style door, next to one of the beds, which I did not feel comfortable leaving open overnight (it was also right next to a step ladder - for fire escape purposes, I assume) and a small window into the bathroom. As a result, the room became a quite warm and stuffy overnight despite leaving both fans on to circulate the air a bit. If I had been travelling with another person, I might not have minded as much and, I am sure, other visitors might not mind so much. Unfortunately, the room did not get either a strong wifi or tv signal (possibly due to being on ther lowest floor). It was also a little on the noisy side with people banging doors and going up and down stairs late into the evening and early morning.
