This hotel is a battle...

Liked: All the bad things about this place I knew them before hand by reading others reviews so I’m just confirming. The carpet throughout the old house is old ripped and dirty. The mattress had one hard side and a hole on the other my wife and I could not sleep trying to balance ourselves on the bed and not to fall down. I was given a room on a subground level and the shared bathrooms were 3 floors up..The bed was clean except the floor cuz it is just beyond repair or cleaning. The guys at the front desk were very helpful and overall good service from them.Big Ben it’s about 1 hours away by walking and the tower bridge about 2 hours away but I already knew that but the bus #148 which you can take at the corner of the building will take you there in about 15 minutes. Transportation is excellent t at this hotel.
Disliked: Having to clime 3 floors to use the restrooms

Liked: Had a private shower!!! Room was clean and neat. Hallway light didnt bleed through the door frame. Had a fan in the room as well. I didnt check if the tv worked, but it was a decent size.
Disliked: Door didnt completly close when you exited the room. I didnt notice when i first left my room, came back to the door being open. Make sure you close the door all the way when exiting the room. But BEST AFFORDABLE ROOM I'VE HAD IN AGES. WILL REBOOK MY NEXT TIME IN TOWN!!
