Liked: loved hotel stay there frequently because i feel like the are family and fell safe. hotel is the best deal for the wonderful location and amenities. i stay to visit my mom in hospice and the staff is very understanding and helpful to me. they help cheer me up on difficult days.
Disliked: the room cleaning needs to be ordered but they will do it as much as you want - that is a minor thing - also sort of wish better lighting in the room

Liked: Was great for an overnight stay. Staff helped me out a lot since I arrived late at night. Highly recommend. They gave me a free room upgrade and late check out.

Liked: Very good stay. Breakfast was included: different styles of omelettes and yoghurts, juice, their own coffee blend, and decaffeinated coffee.Room cleaning was only available upon request.
Disliked: I couldn't find free water dispensers during evenings and at night at reception.
