Would stay here again.
Liked: The staff was exceptional from the front desk, to the housekeeper, to the breakfast staff. They were all friendly with smiles. The room was clean and comfortable. The whole hotel was clean. The breakfast was your standard hotel fare but plenty of it. The coffee was good and never ran out. In the lobby there was ice water with fruit inclusions that was a nice refreshing break from regular bottled water.
Disliked: The only downside was the parking. We arrived back at the hotel after a concert and there wasn't any parking spots. Now this is not all the hotels fault as some people took up more than one spot. A moving truck company used 5 spots-so I don't blame the hotel but an unfortunate side effect of property at a premium in Sunnyvale.

Good for a quick overnight...
Liked: Check in and check out was seamless and the staff was very friendly!
Disliked: Noise level was a bit high being on the first floor. We could hear both people outside in the parking lot and the crowd entering the breakfast room.

Disliked: I didn't like Christian or Indian lady at the front desk! The front desk sets the tone and those two were rude and unprofessional!!!! I hope they are not working here next time I book a room! Everything was good but those two workers!!!! I also didn't like the maintenance guy who was supposed to spray my room down with bug spray, because he gave me an attitude for telling him, I've never experienced ants in my hotel room! Like ever and that it wasn't okay and I would love to switch my room. He gave me an attitude as if I was wrong for asking for another room! Who wants ants crawling on them or their food? NOT ME! Be understanding of the customer and don't be a donkey! Customers like me are always right and don't need your extra attitude!!!
