Liked: the staff is very helpful and the property is pristine.

Well it is 70% okay...

Liked: No free breakfast but the room is a little bit tight and too much bed.
Disliked: So much snoring like 70%, that disturb my sleep and little bit expensive. The rent is close to a private apartment outside despite too much bed in my room.

Liked: The bathroom is so small, your body had to touch the walls while bathing. Wish actually makes me irritated.
Disliked: Make your bathroom a little bit bigger

Disliked: No staff. Just a phone number. Reported ignorant noisy neighbours. Music & chat in bedroom until 3am. Downstairs lounge was available but they partied in the dorm.Reported this by phone. Same happened next night. Appears staff didn't take any action.

Quite a good hostel near...

Liked: Amenities listed in the advertisement were all present and working. Showers were hot. Located a short walk from Kilburn station (Jubilee line). Self-check-in information was clear. No problems or issues during a 12-night stay.
