Liked: The room was spacious and a lovely surprise when we walked in. It was a good location to reach the city centre and the SSE Hydro.
Disliked: No we loved it.

Excellent place.Would visit again.

Liked: Overall this is an excellent hotel.Comfortable and well situated.Customer service is excellent.I accidentally left my silver wedding ring in the bathroom and only noticed when I had travelled some distance from the hotel.Malmaison arranged for my ring to be posted to me in very short order.Very satisfied with the service.One word of advice-careful with the cocktails in the bar.They look delicious and indeed they are but be careful with that kick :-)

Comfortable and generally enjoyable.

Liked: The staff i encountered, were all super friendly and helpful. The cocktails enjoyed by family and myself, were sublime. The room was very comfortable.
Disliked: Call me old fashioned, but I used to love the Malmaison take home toiletries and the stocked minibar. Not a fan of refillable shower gel etc., Although staff were generally lovely, I felt an inconvenience, at breakfast. Maybe they were having a bad day.

Pleasant

Liked: Room was decent and very clean.
Disliked: Noticed a shower cap over the smoke alarm. This was removed by us. Went down for breakfast to be told the chef couldn't make it in. I understand emergencys happen surely they have a second chef. We were offered cereals and toast. A lot of money for that so we declined.
