Liked: I stayed in the suite which was clean & very comfortable. There was plenty of tea & coffee.The spa bath was amazing!
Disliked: Although it was great to get a bath full of hot water, it was too hot! It is a double bath so i thought the water would run cold......no. I even went & had a meal & it was still too hot! There should be a warning, especially if kids are staying in the room.Also coming down the back stairs in the morning was difficult with a case & bags

Liked: Nice hotel in a lovely area.
Disliked: Restaurant was closed as no chef. No alternatives for food in place - found this a little strange, we thought a back-up would be in place. Seemed a little drastic to close a whole restaurant because of one person.Bar closed at 8pm - last orders 7.30pm.Room was very cold. We couldn't get the radiator on. There was an awful smell on entering the room, might have been drains from the bathroom. The room we stayed in was not part of the main building, it was off the car park.
