Liked: Away for dance comp, full of kids however some of the night staff became rude and actually scared the kids. I appreciate kids were in corridors but funny how the questioned the dancers and didn’t say anything about the boxers and families keeping everyone up ALL night

Liked: Staff were amazing at check in, bar staff, waiting staff in restaurant and at breakfast. Very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Upon opening door of room there was a fusty smell, we established it was coming from shower curtain in bathroom. We booked a deluxe room. The bathroom was tired and needed updating from cracked tiled to stains and chips on bath tub. Beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and never before had to pay for parking car, the charge is now 10 euro per day.

Liked: I stayed at the Maldron Hotel Newlands Cross for 5 days for a leisure trip and had a very comfortable experience. The room was cosy with a very comfortable bed, and the housekeeping staff did a great job — towels were changed daily, and two bottles of water were provided each day if the previous ones had been used. It made the stay feel fresh and well-cared for.Breakfast was impressive: all allergy types were clearly listed both at the counter and on the menu, which made choosing food easy and stress-free.Overall, the hotel offered a relaxing and worry-free stay, perfect for unwinding!

Disliked: Smell of damp /musty as soon as you walk out of the lift. Bath was all chipped Carpet was dirty/stained.Bed was very hard .
