A nice resting place

Liked: A reasonable base camp close to central London. Everything is easily accessible by train or tube, which made it very practical for us. The staff was very friendly, and helpful during our stay there, and we got fresh towels every day. The room was clean and comfortable, and had all the basic utilities one could expect. It was nice to rest and recharge after a long day.
Disliked: You get what you book, so don't expect anything fancy. The room we were in did not have any windows, but we knew it before booking. However, the cracked toilet seat mended with scotch tape seemed a bit off. We also had an issue with the hot water in the shower for 1 night, and the room ventilation system is quite noisy in general.

Liked: Location and comfy bed.
Disliked: I arrived checked in the key didn't work on door panel she said door panel flat they said the fix it but didn't. I was showed 2 more rooms neither were suitable especially one I opened thebdoor and flies everywhere!

Liked: The room was tiny and we only had one cup, we did ask for another one and they said they would leave it outside our door but it never arrived
Disliked: we had to wait about 20 minutes for a member of staff to check us in, when she turned up she was very apologetic and helpful.....unlike the girl who turn up late when we were trying to check out, she was young and not very friendly she look like she didn't want to be there and was quite rude
