Superb

Liked: Clean, tiday, well organised. Everything works and the staff are both friendlly and helpful.
Disliked: The rooms are a bit small, but that was fine for staying with work, as I just need space to use a laptop and get some sleep.

Awful place to stay

Disliked: The room was not cleaned, the sheets gave me skin rashes, the AC was spreading dust, the room was small, there were spider webs in the room, in toilet and inside the cupboard. The bed side lamp was broken, the cups in the room were dusty, hall ways were unclean.

Great location, great budget hotel

Liked: Great location, clean room, booking in was simple, able to get extra pillows, small but everything we needed for our short break. We have stayed before and will stay again
Disliked: The water was cold for 2 days, an alarm went off in the middle of the night in the room, not sure what it was, but we went back to sleep fine

Liked: Good location. Staff helpful when I saw them 15% discount in restaurant next door
Disliked: Shower head was broken both rainfall & handheld. Handheld couldn't be moved and fell to bottom. Rainfall went in multiple directions and flooded bathroom.Toilet seat had ductape on.My room was near aircon / power unit / generator /etc and there was a loud noise, humming, all night.

Great location, clean facilities, perfect...

Liked: Welcoming staff, clean room and facilities, comfy space and perfect location for what we needed (Wembley game).
Disliked: Only issue was the tv had no signal and therefore did not work. Didn’t affect our stay and we weren’t overly fussed but would’ve been a bonus, staff seemed on top of the issue once brought to their attention though :)
