Second home in Porto

Excellent historic central hotel

Liked: Loved everything about it. The staff were ace! Very helpful. Enjoyed my stay!
Disliked: The room temperature could not be controlled properly.

Very good

Liked: Great location and friendly staff. I wish to mention in particular the concierge Mr. Serafim Cerqueira who showed great professionalism. We were pleased wtih his hospitality and warmth, typical of the people in the region I suppose.
Disliked: Breakfast is not good at all, very few items and everything else has to be ordered a la carte.
