Disliked: We’ve stayed here twice with family so we have experienced different rooms at this hotel. None of the phones in the rooms work and many have been removed. The doors often don’t work and I had a family member locked out for several hours while they figured it out. This past trip a leak sprung in my bathroom ceiling and was leaking water onto my toilet. I had to ask to move rooms and I couldn’t call down - I had to walk down to the front desk to let them know. There was barely an apology, no comp offered and not even any help moving my stuff out of the room to the new one. They did, however, ask me to let them know when I was out of my leaky room so they could fix it. There was no phone in my new room and I wasn’t walking past the front desk so I didn’t go out of my way a 3rd time. Overall the rooms are filthy, the facilities barely work ( don’t even try to use the dishwashers!), and the management clearly do not care. The front desk staff was super nice and really helpful- so I did really enjoy interacting with them.

Liked: Location is great for where we need to be.
Disliked: Tub was had worne out rings a dirty looking and the drain was clogged. The deck to sit outside is in very bad shape need to be replaced.

Disliked: Said there was a slide with the swimming pool, never had towels only could offer 2 at a time. Had 4 people in the room! Deck was falling apart, outside chairs were all broken!

We enjoyed our stay, and...

Liked: The breakfast was fine. I’m not a big fan of the powdered scrambled eggs, but otherwise it was good.

It was better than anticipated!...

Liked: The staff was amazing! They allowed us to check in early as we arrived ahead of schedule. The kids enjoyed the pool and arcade, mom enjoyed having laundry facilities!

Perfect location for family stay

Liked: This was a great location, the room accommodated our whole group (3 adults, 2 children, one baby in provided crib). The pool and game room were highlights for the kids and paired with the noon checkout time allowed us to avoid the costs of another day's worth of entertainment.
Disliked: The beds weren't fantastic. The game room was an added cost and had many claw machine games that you never win- would have preferred more skee ball style games.
