Awful

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We arrived on a Sunday evening to check in and were told the booking had been cancelled as the university had booked the hotel up until 2025. We received no email detailing this and very little help from the staff member who spoke to us at the door (wouldnt even let us on the lobby). Both mainstay and booking were very poor in communication afterwards (zero response from mainstay and booking dont really seem to care). Shocking service
