Disappointing

Liked: The hotel is charming. The amenities would have been perfect if they were all available.
Disliked: It was my husband and my first time and we have been wanting to stay here for a very long time. We finally had the opportunity and was very disappointed to find out the steakhouse was closed due to a private event. We were not notified when booking or made aware in advance about this closure so we didn’t get the full experience since this was the number 1 thing we were looking forward to. We feel let down.
