Made Hotel is a must...

Liked: I love everything aspect of it. From the minute I walked in I was greet by Alex at the front desk with a smile and very attentive while I shared we wanted to leave our luggage before checking in. Alex, proactively checked us in early and we started to have a great conversation regarding their facilities, restaurants, cafes and more. Kara and Naermah were the nicest one when we were checking out. Engaging in our next trip conversation and sharing great places to visit.

Another lovely experience at Made

Liked: We had a super return visit to Made - after a family visit from Ireland last year. The staff were excellent, so friendly and kind. Nothing was an issue and all members of staff we met around the hotel were so helpful. We were thrilled to receive a room upgrade & bottle of bubbles as return guests. We look forward to coming back soon!

Beautiful design, perfect location

Liked: It is a well maintained property, great shower, comfy bed & the location. I love the look of the hotel.
Disliked: The rooms have a certain design and looks very nice but it’s not really practical for storage space.

Liked: Nice boutique hotel, great location on Manhattan. Breakfast was offered in the coffee shop.
Disliked: Nice but small room.

Nice but noisy

Disliked: Lots of external noise from music venue across the road.

Exceptional

Liked: It was our first time to New York and it was made perfect just on the hotel alone. The location, the ambiance, everything!
Disliked: Not a single thing was bad!
