Beautiful design, perfect location

Liked: It is a well maintained property, great shower, comfy bed & the location. I love the look of the hotel.
Disliked: The rooms have a certain design and looks very nice but it’s not really practical for storage space.

Highly recommended

Liked: Great location in Midtown. Up to date facilities
Disliked: Only issue was one elevator was out of order during our stay. That meant waits coming and going. Should not be a problem for future guests

Exceptional

Liked: Very friendly staff, very welcoming and accommodating when I arrived! The little touches such as welcome drinks, umbrellas for the rain and delicious coffee in the lobby made for a luxurious stay. The lobby was comfortable to work from and the bar had great late bites

Good location, comfortable room.would stay...

Liked: Excellent location for concerts at Madison Square Garden. Easy to get to the theater district.
Disliked: One of the two elevators was not working. Had a long wait to get an elevator during busy times of day.
