Pleasant location superb staff.

Liked: I stay regularly at this hotel and the rooms, staff and meals are superb no faulting this hotel. In particular Pauline and Anne are totally professional in everything they do.
Disliked: Bath shower could do with removing the bath

Awful awful room

Liked: Bad smell in the corridor, my room was so hot and then window was broken. The bed was really uncomfortable - the matress is actually too big for the bed which meant it was uneven.

Disappointing!

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. One reason I booked here was for EV charging which worked very well. The room was clean. The food in the restaurant was ok but nothing special.
Disliked: The room was ok but decor was very tired with some broken woodwork. The whole hotel could do with refurbishment - it is not a "luxury 4 star hotel" as promised in the description!

Liked: The reception staff were amazing, I cant remember the gentleman's name, but it began with L....He was absolutely amazing & couldn't do enough

Lovely river views.

Liked: Had lovely views of the river from our bedroom and from the restaurant. bar & outside terrace. Good size rooms.Good food in restaurant and for conference.Fried bread for breakfast.
Disliked: Tired and due a revamp. Being charged for things on/after our departure even though these had been settled at the time. Majority of this was refunded shortly after request.

Liked: Excellent evening meal and breakfast, helpful staff and comfortable room. Particularly nice view over river.

Liked: It was handy for a cruise pickup.
Disliked: We paid £170 for 1 night for 4 we arrived at the hotel and went into the restaurant for a quick bite the portions were small it cost £130 for 4 so before we went to bed we had a drink in the bar 1 glass of wine and 2 beers £27 rip off will not be back.

Liked: Good breakfast. Good central location
Disliked: The hotel rooms smelt like a hotel which allowed smoking....I know it didn't but did not smell fresh
