Disliked: The room was advertised as having an extra-large bed and a sofa bed, but it had neither. Instead, there was a standard double bed and no sofa bed at all. When I asked at reception about the sofa bed (as stated in the booking), I was told that none of their rooms have sofa beds and that the only extra beds available are small beds for children. I paid for a suite expecting both an extra-large bed and a sofa bed but received neither.The hotel overall was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The small heater/fan provided did not blow any air or offer any relief. Although the windows were open slightly when we arrived, this led to another problem: pigeons. I was woken up several times throughout the night by pigeons trying to get in through the windows.The reception staff were unhelpful and did not make any effort to resolve these issues.Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable stays I have ever experienced, and I would not stay here again.

Disliked: Carpet worn! There was an odour in the room that wasn’t pleasant!

Liked: Initially the location but that changed when we couldn’t sleep other nights due to the noise on the street outside.
Disliked: The noise. There was a busker outside our window in room 121. The noise finally stopped at 2:30am.

Disliked: There isn’t Air con in every room apparently only very few. We had it but it didn’t work and at a hot and humid night was told to use the fan in the wardrobe by the dismissive uninterested reception staff as the windows don’t open either not what we expected from a hotel pretending to be 4*. More like a 2 star. We had a room overlooking a dingy lift shaft facing an escape exit with music blaring out till 3 am. No dining available. The only thing wonderful is the entrance arch and the location. Would not go here again
