Excellent hotel in beautiful grounds,...

Liked: Beautiful hotel with excellent spa facilities and fantastic pool. The standard rooms are much larger than expected, very clean and beds very comfortable. Staff most helpful and food delicious. . Also close to Whitchurch town centre, most definitely worth a visit. Charming, friendly town . Would definitely visit again, as with all of its facilities was good value for money.
Disliked: It is no one's fault, but unfortunately as the bedroom doors are so heavy,, they bang constantly, which was a bit disruptive trying to get to sleep. However, we soon got used to it and did not take away from the lovely time we had at this fantastic friendly hotel. Thank you.
