Nice enough spa hotel if...

Liked: This was a lovely building with friendly staff! It just looked a bit tired. The room, but particularly the spa area and the changing rooms could do with a little freshen up :) Breakfast was nice enough (loved that we could order all types of eggs), but coffee was less nice. Tasted really funny. Staff - were all excellent!
Disliked: The coffee for breakfast was not nice! Changing room areas & spa just needed a bit of love.

Liked: Staff at breakfast and at the bar where amazing.
Disliked: The reception team rude, for a non smoking place they didn't care that people stood 1 foot outside the door smoking this was horrible to have to walk through and also have it blowing in to the hotel it was absolutely disgusting.When I raised this it was so what they not in the building.The bed was one of the worst I have ever slept on it truly was horrible
