Very convenient

Liked: Nice breakfast, especially as it was served to you. Unfortunately, promised black pudding was not on the plate, though. Impressive historic hotel. Hotel is across the tram tracks from New Street station. Fantastically large bed.
Disliked: Cobwebs in bedroom. Given the location of the hotel, you have to accept some noise (the hotel warns of this), but having a doom monger preaching outside the bedroom window for hours was a bit much. Shower was "OK", but would have been challenging for a less able person to get into.
