Liked: The facilities for the kids were so good and the staff working with them were amazing too. We all had a great time and were never bored.
Disliked: The food is a big let down. Expensive and not that good. There isn’t a lot of choice either and it’s not great for kids. Also the staff in the cafe were so rude. Big let down compared to the other staff. They did anything to avoid serving us and when the very expensive toasties came, they weren’t even cooked. The kids refused to eat them. Wouldn’t go back. Also, there are a few things that would really help parents and that’s stools in the bathrooms so that the kids can reach the sinks and a few family changing rooms at the pool.

Disliked: The noise from the corridor doors banging first thing in the morning. Shakes through the full room waking everyone up.

Liked: It had a swimming pool
Disliked: We couldn’t lock the room from the inside. We got charged £62 for 4 glasses of wine and was never offered to buy a bottle until we paid for our meal which a waitress had said. We were very disappointed and for that reason we might not be back.

Bad

Liked: Nothing the resort is very rundown and not being maintained. They didn't even have locks on the toilet cubicle in the bar area. The ceilings were all damaged, and water stained not worth the £700 pound for 3 nights absolutely disgusting. Not worth it
