Perfect location for what we...

Liked: Location and room very modern and done up nicely although a little on the small size
Disliked: Room was hot but was provided a fan which helped

Good location, but disappointed in...

Liked: Good breakfast was offered.
Disliked: Although the room offered updated facilities, the hotel itself was under MAJOR renovations. The rooms were very small...tiny...with limited space for luggage or movement. Rooms and staircases were extremely hot with no AC available. Although listed on the hotel brief, there was no operational lift.

A bed to sleep in

Liked: Not far from kings cross station. Walkable area, felt safe. Food and coffee on the same block and a pub downstairs from accommodation.
Disliked: The room was so incredibly tiny… need more space/room to put your bags & belongings.

Disappointing

Disliked: There was major building work going on at this location, no air conditioning and single pain windows which meant that you could hear noise through out the night.None of which was disclosed when booking

Very nice!

Liked: The hotel is under renovation, so it's a bit messy, but the rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is simple and has all the essentials. The reception staff is really kind and friendly! They welcome you with a big smile! And I was able to leave my luggage with them from morning to afternoon

Excellent value for money, enjoyed...

Liked: Th hotel is currently being renovated and I had single room that looks to have been completely refurbished. Room size ok, very clean, bed size fine and comfortable. Furniture all modern, safe, fridge, coffee & tea facilities all Woking and large TV which had all channels working. Breakfast basic, cereal, fruits, breads etc.
Disliked: Still a bit noisy with refurb work ongoing

Disliked: Very small and no aircon

Convenient and nice staff.

Liked: Near to St Pancras
Disliked: It is clearly being decorated and shabby but staff excellent. No air con and rooms very hot although fans were provided . Pub next door very good
