Convenient location but facilities not...

Liked: Location!!! 5 mins from Kings Cross and staff was super friendly.
Disliked: No airconditioning (not good in summer)Breakfast starts at 7:30 not good if you want an early start.Lift was not working because on samefloor as my room, other rooms were under construction so corridor was very dusty.
