I loved my stay

Liked: The hotel was beautiful complementary champagne on arrival bellhop to bring your luggage to your room and very comfortable bed The hotel is situated in a beautiful part of the city and is near to all the beautiful sights.

Disliked: cold showers twice.Business partners room was facing the street so very noisy with trams all night.

Lovely hotel, great location

Old school grandeur with modern...

Liked: Old school grandeur with modern touches.The location is amazing - turn left and Mala Strana is 2 mins walk, turn right and Old Town is 5mins away. The bed was super comfortable. Fantastic, friendly staff - nothing was too much trouble. Good, hearty breakfast: the cooked option was filling and the children loved the waffle maker.The photo is the view from our window.

Great hotel in a quiet...

Liked: The hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly and we arrived 1 hour before check in, got a welcome drink and a welcome bottle of champagne, which was awesome. The views from the hotel aren't great unless you are staying on the top floor, but we weren't fussed about that. There is a spa and can be purchased for sole use, which is great, however we did not use it.I would recommend the hotel and stay again, however I would recommend the room without breakfast. Breakfast was from 7am and we arrived at 8am to find all of the hot food, cold. The extension room that housed the breakfast was freezing and some of the hot food tasted as if it had been refrigerated. Coffee arrived cold, waffle machine broken. In the end we did not have to pay for the breakfast so although I was very disappointed, we went elsewhere.It is in a quiet area and ideal for couples.

Prime location but small old-fashioned...

Liked: Prime location opposite the Senate garden
Disliked: This is clearly not a 5 star hotel. Only 2-3 members of staff for 35 rooms. Low standard breakfast. Noisy as 50% of the bedroom are located n ext to a lift or just above the very frequent tramway. Gym or spa only accessible for a 50€ fee, if booked in advance and for maximum 1 hour. Outdated safe out of order & not repairable. Poor room service (dirty cup, we had to ask twice for another one)
