Liked: The reviews on Booking describe the hotel clearly enough. As I got a room at a very reasonable price, I was quite at peace with everything. Kind staff.Perfect location - 7-8 min on foot to Essen central station, 3 min to metro, 3 min to Philarmonieessen. It's not a place where you can enjoy the hotel itself. It is a place for a short stay.

Liked: It was expensive for the location and what they had to offer. Breakfast was very limited, and the staff had limited English. I paid half of this rate in Central amsterdam and the even the breakfast was better.
Disliked: limited English, breakfast is very limited, and overpriced.

Horrible experience of 1st day....

Liked: Good breakfast, good location
Disliked: I didn’t like the attitude of managing the stay.1st day they accommodated 3 of us a small room of 1 person, barely had space after bed even though I complained. Only my wife and my baby slept on the bed and I was sleepless all night.From 2nd day, they gave us proper room after talking over phone 2 times. This room was good for a family with a kid.
