Liked: Clean simple and good value for money.
Disliked: Rooms were too hot. Shower in mens 6th floor not great.

Great stay, ideal for short...

Liked: Very friendly staff, both at the entrance and in the dining room at breakfast. The room was clean and nice, with good bedding. Breakfast was very good with a broad offer. There was a problem with my access key, and although it was a little annoying, it did show how the staff handled the situation: long story short, excellent service, they were very helpful.
Disliked: Quite hot in the summer months - but there was a heatwave, so the building had warmed up a lot.One evening, there was a lot of noise from the students until late, but at the same time, I can't fault them, as it is a student accommodation and they were probably celebrating something.The shared bathroom, whilst not bad (they were clean and well-functioning) was not my thing. Would probably book one with a bathroom in the future.

Great option for short stay...

Liked: This accommodation is in a good location, only 15 - 20 minutes walk from King's Cross Station. Nice room and excellent showers/ toilets. Very good cooked breakfast and helpful and friendly staff. Will certainly come back.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The breakfast was very good, big variety of good food.
Disliked: Very small room. Unconfortanble beds. The water stops in a few seconds when you try to wash your hands. Very expensive for what they offer.

Basic student accommodation with great...

Liked: I am older and asked for room near lift and bathroom and lift. This was organised for me. Perfect. Thanks.Window opened in room. And good blackout curtains and frosted glass on ground floor.Safe.Basin in room and towel, soap and shampoo appreciated.Book-in gentleman at night was polite and helpful.Breakfast was amazingly good. Quality and variety.Staff in canteen were lovely. Helpful and polite and friendly too.Angel underground not far. Lots of buses.
Disliked: This is basic student accommodation. That has to be taken into account and it was very reasonably priced for London and that area.Bed was OK, thin mattress but ckean and I slept OK.Inevitable odd drunken person late evening when checking in.Inevitable doors banging night and early morning.I would have liked a plastic bowl to wash my feet when arriving as too tired to shower! Washbasin in room so flannel wash was possible!I found a cup in kitchen and made some herbal tea that I bought. Not many cups!A cup and spoon in the room would be nice....I know things can go missing.For longer stay, travelling light, a hairdryer would be good. But I didn't ask...so there may have been one.

Great staff, good value/location but...

Liked: The staff here are fantastically helpful, polite, efficient and pleasant. Breakfast was very good. Bathrooms were very clean. Good to have access to a kitchen on my floor. Good location but very noisy traffic at night. Toiletries and towels supplied. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: My room was a twin but clearly designed to be a single so it was cramped with the extra bed (which I didn't need). I found several long dark hairs in the bedding and towels
