Apart from the above faults,...

Liked: The location was excellent. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was helpful.
Disliked: The rooms had faucet that did not have hot water. When reported, I was told that they did not have parts to repair the faucet. The mattress had spring poking the back when sleeping. They badly need mattresses replaced with new ones!Bedroom doors and bathroom doors stuck because the doors were not aligned with the frame. Therefore they had to be force closed.

Great for a short stay,...

Liked: Great value for money, especially with breakfast being included in the price. Very handy location.
Disliked: It’s a student accommodation facility, so I wasn’t expecting much but the bathroom facilities were a bit rundown.

Superb value for money

Liked: The location and wonderful value for money. It was interesting to observe other quests from all over the world which made for some interesting breakfast conversations.
Disliked: Nothing really, unless I was to judge it by the standards of a 5 star hotel, but it doesn't claim to be that or charge for that.

Good affordable accomodation in great...

Liked: Great location and the cheapest I could find in London centre. Staff friendly and helpful. Room small but comfortable and had a kitchen next door (not many utensils, etc.) AMAZING buffet breakfast….plenty of choice (Eggs, cold meat, fruit, pancakes, toast, cereal, etc.)
Disliked: Had issues with key cards for multiple doors. The level I was on had a strange musty smell and the kitchen smelt weird too. Shower was only hot when at full pressure which was like a jet! Haha

Passable

Liked: Lady at reception were helpful, trying to sort it out due issues with the room.
Disliked: There isn't any deaf alert alarm. Lady tried to help me, told me if there is an alarm, someone will come in my room. I told her no. A couple of men worked just sat there and talked over this lady. I immediately told men you can't let a male come to a room in case of alarm. I felt uncomfortable and told them it's not funny. They don't take it seriously. They smirked, which it put me off. Where's the safety of a solo female traveller? No secure lock. Only use electric one, which makes it worse. It need more females at the reception.
