The worst place to stay...

Liked: Nothing, very terrible place to stay. You'll get disease and infection if you stay here.
Disliked: This place is the worst place you can ever stay as a visitor. Don’t be deceived by what they advertise on their page. They are a complain scam. The entire room is dirty, the floors are dirty rugs and not of standard. The bed is small, the room stinks, the toilet shower is not. Not only that they don’t wash the walls, so you’ll see grease around the tiled walls. The facilities are old. The walls look like it was harvested by mold. The chair are dirty. The towers are dirty. If you sleep in that room, you’ll develop skin disease like I did on my both ears. I complained to them after spending 500 EUR that I want a refund and they said they have a no refund policy. I asked them to change the rooms but they didn’t issue me another room. Even at the kitchen, you’ll use reusable plastic cups to drink water which is very weird. Don’t spend your money here, you’re better off booking and staying somewhere else. Even after approaching booking.com to issue my refund no effort was made even from them.

if you are lucky you'll...

Disliked: Almost all night for two nights in a row, a group, in total disrespect of civism, was extremely noisy, smoking and partying in front of the hotel, there was a real chaos as well in the rooms around ours that prevented us from resting. This is not our first time at this establishment, but it will be the last; the hearty breakfast and the room prices cannot compensate for the poor quality of rest.

Not recommended for families

Liked: Location is quite good. In-between Waterloo and London Bridge Station
Disliked: Queued for 30 minutes to store bags. Breakfast queue was really long and saw people queuing for over 45 minutes to get into breakfast room
