Liked: Location is excellent. Rooms are comfortable and clean with more than expected toiletries. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall a great place to stay at a fab price.
Disliked: No restaurant available even though advertised. I have been twice before and enjoyed their sumptuous breakfasts so was very disappointed when the restaurant was not available even though it is described as such on your ad.

Disliked: It was written that there are breakfast included (we also received info about it from the hotel) and it was not. That was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel. We were dissapointed cause of it :(

Disappointing

Liked: The location was great. The room was basic but fine and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The restaurant was closed. We were expecting breakfast and breakfast time was even given to us on a check in slip. Photos of the dining area and cooked breakfast all over the web site, so felt somewhat missold. We asked why this wasn't available, we were told "it's closed out of term time" and (unhelpfully) "we're not a hotel or air BnB". I'd say, if you're going to advertise yourself like a hotel and charge £120 for one night, then you are effectively a hotel and that's exactly what I'd expect in terms of treatment and facilities.
