Liked: The view and location
Disliked: The walk to the room and lack of parking. Staff told us there was a hot tub in each room and that spa amenities were included with our stay which was clearly not true. And some of the staff made us extremely uncomfortable.

It was a beautiful place...

Liked: My room was close to pool but far away not to hear noise. Spa was right in hotel. Restraints and lots of activity in walking distance
Disliked: Stairs no elevator

Overall, we were really impressed...

Liked: Great location, easy access to amenities and shopping and restaurants. Concierge was really helpful with suggestions and coupons. Beautiful grounds. Secret Garden Cafe was most delightful breakfast.
Disliked: sofa bed was not made on arrival and there were stains on the mattress. They sent housekeeping up immediately, but wasn't the best first impression. Children were screaming in pool when we came back in the afternoon and then again in the early afternoon outside the Spa windows.
