Liked: Excellent accommodation, beautiful manor with great history, surroundings, stunning gardens, restaurants, and bar food. The room was spotless, praise to the maids/cleaning staff, bed very comfortable, attentive staff, waiter service throughout the stay in all areas of the House, gardens included were very polite and went above and beyond to ensure our food and drinks were as requested and served efficiently. The food throughout our stay was excellent, high praise to the chef. The Reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, even giving us an upgrade which was a treat, thank you. Nothing to fault and will definitely be returning.

Liked: The room was impecable. Very comfortable. Breakfast was good, the staff was very accommodating with my wife’s pregnancy food requirements.
Disliked: At dinner, which is on the expensive side, they let little kids dine there with their ipads with kid’s entertainment at full volume. It definitely damped the experience for all the diners in there. Although it wasn’t the hotel’s fault (that family clearly lacked prudence and common sense), the hotel should be clear about the guidelines. Food and service was great, though.
