Liked: The whole experience from beginning to end was extremely enjoyable, the staff were professional but friendly and always with a smile. The hotel itself is a beautiful old building in well kept gardens that we are sure would only improve with the approach of summer, the interior was beautifully designed and very clean. Our room was well equipped, the bed comfortable…lovely bed linens! Molton Brown in the bathroom and a lovely big shower, special mention to Sydney and the reception team, Service staff for breakfast and dinner and the kitchen for an amazing dinner to celebrate a birthday and Housekeeping for all your hard work! A thoroughly enjoyable stay, would highly recommend. Thank you to all.

Liked: This is a splendid manor in the cotswolds.we have been before.The staff are very friendly.the manor is beautiful.food is very good.Breakfast is amazing,lots of choice .The rooms are spacious .I would highly recommend this place for a special treat.

Disliked: Dogs from other guests were noisy during the night. External fan constantly on that we could hear so needed to ware plugs.
